I need help making an insurance claim
To make a claim through your Global Travel Protection Plan, please follow these steps:
Complete a Claim Form.
Attach any applicable documentation including the latest copy of the EF Tours account statement. The account statement outlines details of the tour price, payments and refunds received from EF Tours, and is available online through your EF account. Failure to include the account statement may result in a delay in the adjudication of your claim.
Send the completed claim form, EF account statement and any relevant documents directly to Crawford & Company at newhumanriskclaims@crawco.ca as soon as possible and latest within one year of the cancellation. If you wait longer than one year, your claim may not be paid.
Please note that your account must be cancelled with EF before submitting a claim.
If you informed EF of your decision to cancel 45 days or more prior to departure, in accordance with our Booking Conditions, you may be eligible for a partial refund from EF. Please note that EF issues refunds approximately 4–6 weeks after the request date.
When will I receive information about my insurance claim?
All claims related to the policies purchased through EF (Global Travel Protection Plan) are processed through Crawford and Company. You may be contacted by one of their agents in the event there is missing information on your claim form. Claims refunds are issued by cheque and mailed to the mailing address on file, to the attention of the traveller.
