TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility: This travel incentive is available exclusively to past EF Group Leaders who have previously engaged in leading a tour with EF. To be eligible for this incentive, the Group Leader must book a student travel tour and enroll 10 or more students, to depart in the years 2024 or 2025 (the “Tour”). The Tour must have at least 10 enrolled travelers by January 1, 2024, to qualify for the incentive.

$4,000 Travel Grant: If the Group Leader chooses the $4,000 travel grant, they will have the flexibility to allocate this grant according to their discretion as it pertains to EF Educational Tours. The grant can be used to support students in financial need, enhance the tour experience through additional excursions, or upgrade hotel accommodations. This is not transferrable or redeemable for cash value.

Professional Learning Program: If the Group Leader chooses the Professional Learning Program weekend in Winnipeg, they will gain the opportunity to attend a collaborative learning event. The event will take place at the Canadian Museum of Human Rights in Winnipeg, which is an EF education Group Leader specializing in equity and leadership programming. During this weekend, Group Leaders will have the chance to interact with like-minded teachers from across Canada and gain valuable insights to share with their school. Please note that the date of the event will be provided at a later time, and it is not flexible.

Cancellation Policy: If the Group Leader cancels the booked student travel tour for 10 or more students, the Group Leader will no longer be eligible for the travel incentive; $4000 Travel Grant or Professional Learning Program.

Deadline: The tour must be booked and confirmed by January 1, 2024, to be considered for the travel incentive.

Additional Terms: EF Institute for Cultural Exchange LTD reserves the right to modify or terminate this incentive program at its discretion. The Group Leader acknowledges that the choice of incentive is final once selected. This incentive program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
